About Us
In 1974, Patrick Farrelly began building cabinets by hand as his primary business and has continued to do so even to today. Often by his father’s side, Rob Farrelly began to learn the construction trade first by building cabinets and then by working along side various tradesman. Starting with foundations and working up to finishing houses until, in 2001, Rob founded the predecessor to Farrelly Homes Ltd., a company that has continued this same commitment to craftsmanship, quality, attention to detail and personal relationships even today.
Today, Farrelly Homes is still family-owned and operated with pride.

A high level of standard specifications, materials and workmanship is confirmed by the fact that all of our homes are built to at least a "bronze" Built Green standard. We also pride ourselves on the continuous industry education undertaken to ensure that we continue to raise the bar regarding our standards.
